Kerbside

Recycling in Penwith is collected from households fortnightly through a green box scheme.  Collections are on the same day as your normal household waste collection. The green boxes are made from 100% recycled plastics, demonstrating just one of the many useful products that can be made from recycled materials. Red sacks are also issued for the collection of textiles. Recycling will be collected from 7am.

Photo: Alex Kirby"...I visit Cornwall as often as I can, and I love its beautiful countryside and coastline. Through recycling we can all do something worthwhile to safeguard its future. As much as 60% of the rubbish in our bins could be recycled and transformed into something useful. Recycling is easy to do and really does help to protect the county we love..."
